As a GIS Technician, you will have a varied role where you will eventually combine business development, system management, and documentation of infrastructure. You will manage and ensure the quality of geographic and technical information and ensure that it is documented and presented clearly in our systems. Over time, you will have the chance to become an object specialist and take on assignments that develop both the business and the systems. This is a key role where you will truly help shape how our systems function and integrate. Through your work, you contribute directly to a safe, efficient, and sustainable infrastructure that makes a difference for society every day.

The position is full-time and may start with a probationary period.

Are you the one we are looking for?

To thrive and succeed in this role, you are self-driven and structured, with the ability to plan your work and drive tasks to completion. You are communicative, service-oriented, and collaborate well with others. You have a solution-oriented approach and value accuracy and quality in what you do.

We are looking for someone who has:

• education in GIS, such as GIS engineer, Land Surveying Technology, Civil Engineering, or other education/experience deemed equivalent
• experience working in network information systems (NGIS)
• good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written
• driver's license (B)

Experience as a distribution electrician, designer, or other work with infrastructure or energy systems is an advantage. We also view positively if you have skills and enjoy working with systems and technical solutions to keep network information updated and accurate.
